Is my IPA uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is unzipped and parsed in your browser's memory; nothing leaves your device.

Can it read binary property lists?

Yes. App Store builds ship a binary bplist00 Info.plist and the tool decodes it to readable JSON, as well as plain XML plists.

Does it decompile the app binary?

No. The Mach-O executable is listed and downloadable but not disassembled or decrypted.

Can I see the app icons?

Icon PNGs stored loose in the bundle preview directly. Icons packed into Assets.car are compiled and can only be downloaded, not previewed.

How large an IPA can it handle?

Up to about 500 MB, limited by available browser memory.
