Files are queued and saved one at a time with a pause in between so the browser download manager stays responsive. Your browser may ask once to allow multiple downloads — accept it to save the whole list. With the relay off, links open directly and the server decides whether the file downloads or opens in a tab.

About the Bulk File Downloader
Drop in a list of file URLs — PDFs, images, audio, video, archives, anything public — and the tool queues them and saves each one to your browser's download list in turn. A configurable gap between downloads keeps the browser responsive instead of firing hundreds of requests at once, and cross-origin files are fetched through a lightweight relay so they save as real files instead of opening in a tab.
